Each trainer employed by A Better Pet Dog Training is required to successfully complete a yearly comprehensive 40 hour Customer Service Training Program. This comprehensive training program is the same one used by Fortune 500 companies across the Globe.

It includes class room instruction, written materials, audio CDs for daily listening and yearly testing by a customer service expert. In addition A Better Pet Dog Training consistently follows up with current and past clients to insure that the trainer are held accountable for the standard of quality that is expected at A Better Pet Dog Training.
